Terms of Service and Subscriptions

Last updated: 2026-10-03

These terms govern the KUA account, the Pro and Team subscriptions and the online services that come with them (sign-in, plan management and, as they become available, cloud backups and team sharing). The KuaDashboard software itself is also covered by the EULA and its open-source license.

1. Who provides the service

KUA is provided by Luis Ignacio Navarro Carter, a natural person based in Chile ("we"). Contact: support@kuadashboard.navarrocarter.com.

Subscriptions are sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and pays the applicable sales taxes (VAT, GST or similar), and its own buyer terms apply to the purchase.

2. The free plan stays free

Everything KuaDashboard does on your computer works without an account and without paying. This includes Kubernetes, AWS, GCP and Vercel management, logs, the local log intelligence and local export and import. Signing in is optional. Ending a subscription never removes the free features or deletes your local data.

3. Plans

PlanPriceIncludes
FreeUSD 0Every local feature, a 256 MB log cache and manual log refresh
ProUSD 9 per month or USD 90 per yearAdvisor, automatic log refresh (every 15 minutes or more) and a 2 GB log cache
TeamUSD 29 per month or USD 290 per yearEverything in Pro, refresh every minute, a 20 GB log cache and team sharing for up to 10 members as it becomes available

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout according to your location. The features of each plan are shown in KUA → Help & Options → Account before you buy. If we raise the price of a plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the change applies from your next renewal.

4. Billing and renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
  • The plan becomes active when Polar confirms the payment.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Polar retries it. If the payment is not completed, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from KUA → Help & Options → Account → Manage subscription, or from the Polar customer portal. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Nothing more is charged after that.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. This includes partial periods and unused time after a cancellation.

We do refund:

  • Billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation. Write to support within 30 days of the charge.
  • Cases where the law of your country requires a refund, including the consumer protection laws of Chile (Law 19,496) or of your place of residence.

Approved refunds are processed through Polar to the original payment method.

7. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account with a verified email address. You are responsible for its security and for what is done with your KUA sessions.
  • You can sign out on any device, and you can export or delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Before deleting an account with an active paid subscription, you must cancel the subscription.
  • One account belongs to one person. A Team subscription lets that person invite members up to the plan limit.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the online services to break the law, to attack or overload them, to get around plan limits or to access other users' data. We may suspend an account that does so. If the suspension is not caused by fraud or abuse, we will tell you first and refund the unused part of the period.

9. Availability and changes

The online services are provided on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed uptime. If they are unavailable, KUA keeps working locally with the last known plan for up to 7 days.

We may change or end online features. If we end a paid feature during a period you already paid for, we will refund the unused part.

10. Warranty and liability

The services are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We will publish any change on this page with a new date. If a change is material, we will also tell you by email or in KUA at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using a paid plan after that, you accept the new terms. Otherwise you can cancel before the change applies.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes go to the courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the courts and laws that consumer protection rules make applicable where you live.
